Q. How often is my site updated?
A. We will update on each Vanguard period, when monthly fliers or new catalogs come out, and any specials and new promotions. This is normally finished within 72 hours.

Q. How am I billed for the service?
A. You can choose a Paypal subscription plan that is auto-renewing every month, quarter or biyearly. Paypal will send you a renewal notice and a option to cancel before you are charged.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. Personal checks, MO's, and Paypal (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, Debit Card). We use PayPal for all the online secure transactions as they are one of the most trusted and well known services available today.

Q. Why do you need my TW site password?
A. We need to log into your site (usually only once) to setup the front page to receive the new updates, graphics, music (if you choose), and backgrounds. Nobody but the FrogsWeb.com staff will ever see your password, in fact, we set the two sign-up options so that when you give us your password it is either printed and sent through the US mail, or sent through a separate form if you use the pay online option. Your security is always of the highest priority at FrogsWeb.com, and if you ever notice a problem let us know immediately. Also, if you are switching from another TW site update service please read this.
